Waiver and indemnity for Different Life (Pty) Ltd as an Intermediary

In the event that you suffer loss or damage of any nature due to Different Life (Pty) Ltd acting on your orders or communications, or orders or communications that purportedly emanate from you, you waive any right to take action against Different Life (Pty) Ltd. Furthermore, you indemnify Different Life (Pty) Ltd against all and any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, fines, damages and expenses arising because Different Life (Pty) Ltd acted on your instructions or orders or instructions or orders which purportedly emanate from you.

We need to store, process and share your personal information with our partners to meet our obligations to you under this contract. We use your information for underwriting, processing claims, reporting and servicing your policy. We will always protect your information.

You may access your personal information and may also request any corrections or errors or to delete this information. In certain cases you have the right to object to the processing of your personal information.
